Panic Attacks Symptoms and Living with them

Panic attacks are associated to anxiety attacks. In fact, most people refer to panic attack causes to be deeply related to anxiety problems and stresses. Most attacks are described to have actions of palpitation and thumping heart, feeling dizzy and faint, chest pains, shortness of breathing and choking sensations and sweating and severe trembling.

The panic attack causes are most defined to be an overdrive of the body's nervous system. It does not necessarily mean that when you incur chest pains and tremors, you already have a physical problem. Technically, the symptoms are overdrive symptoms of nervous impulses that occur from the brain to the parts of the body.

Hyperventilation is the clear cause of too much over breathing during the panic attack. The moment you over-breathe, you tend to exhale too much carbon dioxide from the body. Thus, you relieve the body of the needed carbon dioxide to make it function better. The moment panic attack causes occur, your usual tendency is to overreact. Hence, you inhale more oxygen and exhale faster.

Panic attack causes are still a mystery to many. Some people claim the attack to be associated with biological changes that happens to the body during intense stress and anxiety. However, the fear of being permanently impaired with the panic attacks is false. There has been no record of any person coming to harm during a panic attack.

However, your body might feel the strain of the after effects of the attack. You often feel that you have exercised way too much and feel your heart beating to a level that is faster than the normal.

Panic attack causes are related to stressful situations. The moment you feel trapped and unprotected, you feel the emotions rising and boiling over. Extreme, dangerous and emotional situations are the driving force that moves the body to panic attacks..
